Breastook sweets in iran
Breastook is one of the traditional Iranian pastries. Based on the type of flour used, it is called Wheat Breastook and Chickpea Breastook.
Its ingredients are chickpea flour or wheat flour, oil, sugar or powdered sugar and cardamom. To make it, first chop the chickpea flour and then add the powdered sugar and cardamom. The material is shaped inside the mold and cooled inside the refrigerator
