Bushehr rice fish salt recipe in Iran

INGREDIENTS :
- Salted fish = 1 pcs
- Raisins = 2 cups
- Lemon powder = 1 soupspons
- Turmeric = 1 teaspoon
- Onion (fried) = 1 soupspons
- Dill (optional in the form of dill) = 200 grams
- Rice = 3 glasses
INSTRUCTION :
First, soak the fish in cold water for at least 3 hours to remove the salinity and change the water several times during this time, then clean the fish and cut it into pieces and put it in the drain.
Cook the rice with butter in the form of a kettle or drain. Pour the oil in the pan and fry the fish. Peel a squash, grate it and add to the fish.
Add onion, turmeric, pepper and lemon powder to fish and raisins and serve the fish separately with rice.
Other points:
If you like, add it to the rice. In this case, after washing the fish, put it in boiling rice, and when it boils a little, remove it, peel it, chop it, and fry it with raisins and other ingredients. Add rice and then brew.
