Del Azarbayjan Tabriz food recipe in Iran

INGREDIENTS :
- Sheep heart = 3 pcs
- Onion = 3 pcs
- Sweet pepper = 1 pcs
- Tomatoes = 3 pcs
- Thyme powder = as needed
- Black pepper = the amount needed
- Salt and turmeric = the amount needed
- Butter or oil = the amount needed
INSTRUCTION :
We wash and crush the hearts (you can also use crumbs and liver if you wish).
In a suitable pot, pour some butter or oil to heat. Wash the onions and chop them finely and fry them in hot oil.
After the onion juice has collected and turned golden, add the hearts and fry a little.
Finely chop the bell pepper and add to the ingredients and fry.
Chop the tomatoes and add them to the ingredients in the pot along with the spices and fry with a few ingredients.
Then pour a cup of water into the pot and turn down the heat and let all the ingredients cook completely (about 15 minutes).
