  • Eggs = 2 pieces
  • Patisir cream = as needed

Instruction :

1. First, beat the butter and powdered sugar with the vanilla with an electric mixer until slightly puffed; Then add the eggs one by one and beat until the ingredients are homogeneous.

2. At this stage, add the patisserie cream and mix, and finally, add the flours, almond and barberry powder into the ingredients and mix until they are smooth.

3. Spread the yeast in a pan measuring 25 x 35 and cook for 45 minutes on the middle window of the oven, which has already been heated to 180 degrees Celsius. Finally, decorate the cake with powdered sugar.
