  • Water = 1.5 liters

Instruction :

1. Soak split peas in some water for 2-3 hours. Peel an onion and slice it.
2. Pour oil in a saucepan and put on heat to heat. Fry the onion. When the onion is ready, add the pieces of meat and fry again.

3. Drain the soaked split peas and add to the pot, then fry with the ingredients. Add pepper and spices. Powder the saffron extract by hand and add it to the pot.

4. Now add the tomato paste to the pot, mix with other ingredients and fry. Add barberry and fry a little. Pour the water into the pot and put it in it. Wait for the meat to cook.
