Delicious Persian barberry soup recipe
Although winter is the season for hot and delicious soups, barberry soup with barley or vermicelli can be served with the main course in any season of the year, and even if cooked in a house, it can be used for parties. The method of preparing barley soup with barley or vermicelli is very similar to the method of preparing chicken soup and noodle soup, and it is also known as vermicelli barberry soup. ingredients :
- Chicken fillet = 250 grams
- Barberry = 200 grams
- Onion = 1 piece

- Sauteed parsley = 150 grams
- Barberry = 200 grams
- Vermicelli string = 1/2 cup with French handle
- Tomato paste = 2 soupspons
- Lemon juice = 3 soupspons
- Oil = as needed
- Salt, pepper and turmeric = as needed
Instruction :
First, chop the onion and chicken into small pieces for the empty barberry soup.
Fry the onion and add the chicken and fry together.
Add salt, pepper and turmeric.
Add the carrots and potatoes to the ingredients in the pot and fry until slightly browned. This will both give them a crisp taste and preserve their precious shape.
Add the tomato paste.
Pour boiling water over the ingredients in the pot and let it cook for 2 hours.
