kuku Green beans are one of the most delicious types of kuku that can be easily made. Of course, this kuku can be prepared with or without meat. Here is the recipe for this meatless kuku. This kuku is very tasty and has a different taste due to its barberry.

ingredients :

  • Green beans = half a kilo
  • Carrots = an average of 2 pieces
  • Small red onion = 2 pieces or a medium number
  • Minced meat = 100 grams
  • Potatoes = an average of 3 pieces
  • Barberry = half a cup
  • Eggs = 5 pieces
  • Salt, red and black pepper = as needed
  • Oil = as needed

Instruction :

Finely chop the beans. Finely chop the carrots and steam them together or separately.

Finely chop one of the potatoes and finely chop the other 2 and fry each separately and place on greaseproof paper to remove excess oil.

Chop the onions in the same way, chop one and cut the other into small pieces and fry each one separately in oil. Add the minced meat to the fried onion and fry.

Pour one or two tablespoons of water into the meat to make it dull. Add some salt and red pepper to the roasted meat and fry until the meat turns brown.

Put the eggs in a bowl and add some salt, black pepper and red pepper and stir well with a fork.

After the beans and carrots are cooked, put them in a strainer to cool. Then squeeze the beans to get the juice. Then add the eggs and carrots to the eggs and stir.

After mixing these ingredients, add the grated potatoes with the meat that is completely oiled and half of the barberry to the cocoa mixture and mix well. You can also bake this cocoa in the oven or on the stove.

Baking method in the oven:
Pour the ingredients into a 23 by 23 square mold and turn on the oven at 210 ° C.

Then grease the mold completely and pour the ingredients into it and flatten it, and then cover the surface with the other half of barberry, sliced ​​hot onion, and sliced ​​potatoes and press it lightly with the back of a spoon.

Cover the mold with foil and make a few holes in the paper and place the mold in the middle of the oven for half an hour to cook Kuku.

After 30 minutes, lower the oven temperature to 190 degrees and place the mold on the bottom of the oven to cook Kuku for 15 to 20 minutes. And be golden on it.

* Method of baking in the pan:
Pour the Kuku ingredients into a greased Teflon pan and place it in the pan according to the above method. Then put the kettle on it and reduce the heat a little or put a flame spreader under the pan until the Kuku is fully cooked.

Additional notes:
The preparation time of raw materials and supplies is about 30 minutes and the cooking and waiting time is about 30 minutes.
Kuku Green beans with meat can be served for lunch, dinner, appetizers.
It can also be eaten during Ramadan as Sahar – Iftar.
