- Sesame = as needed
- Liquid oil (for napkins) = as needed
Instruction :
To start, we have to let the yeast dough work, then we pour lukewarm water into a bowl and mix the sugar with it, then we sprinkle the instant yeast dough powder on the surface of the water and mix it a little and give it time for 10 minutes to Take action. Lukewarm water and sugar are essential for the dough to form, but this amount of sugar does not sweeten the bread at all.
Mix the eggs, salt and oil until the yeast dough is effective. Pour the yeast dough mixture into the egg bowl and mix them all again.
Now sift the flour that we had and add it to our yeast. It is better to keep about 1/2 cup of our flour and finally add it if our dough is not well cohesive yet, because our dough may harden if we add all the flour at once. First, mix the mixture with a spoon.
Kneading the dough is one of the most important parts to have a quality bread, so do not be lazy and knead your dough well for about 10 minutes. Then put the dough in a clean dish that you have greased the shoes and cover the dish with cellophane and leave it for a while. Place in a relatively warm place, about 1 to 2 hours later, the volume of the dough almost doubles.
Now knead the dough again until the puff is dry and then take small pieces of dough and put it in the shape of a tube like the picture and then put them on greaseproof paper. This amount of dough gives us about 20 to 25 loaves of soup.
When all the tubes are ready, rest them for another half an hour and then rub them on the dough with an oil brush and then sprinkle sesame seeds lightly. It is better to press the dough with a little hand so that the sesame sticks to it and then the baking does not separate from the bread.
Finally, put the harrow dough in the preheated oven at 180 degrees for half an hour to cook, and finally turn on the grill a little so that it is lightly browned. Our breads are baked much earlier and in the first 5 to 10 minutes and you can put them in them, but if you like crispy and crunchy bread, it is better to stay in the oven for half an hour.
