Eat cumin to not get fat
Assistant Professor of Horticulture, Faculty of Agriculture, University of Tabriz, said: Consumption of cumin leads to increased metabolism and prevents obesity.
Saeedeh Alizadeh added: The part used by cumin is its fruits, which are used directly or from its essential oil.
He described the effect of cumin seeds on the absorption of micronutrients: Cumin seeds stimulate the secretion of enzymes in the pancreas, which in turn helps to absorb micronutrients.
Alizadeh continued: Cumin has the power to deal with a variety of bacterial and fungal infections and therefore is widely used in the food industry.
Assistant Professor of Horticulture, Faculty of Agriculture, University of Tabriz reminded: Cumin is rich in vitamins B1, B2, B3, C as well as various minerals such as calcium, iron, magnesium, phosphorus, potassium and sodium.
Referring to the elimination of bad breath by consuming cumin, he added: Chewing some cumin is very useful to eliminate bad breath, garlic and onion.
Alizadeh emphasized: Cumin is a very suitable spice for digestion and detoxification of the body and can cure problems such as diarrhea, nausea and morning sickness and colds.
