Eating walnuts prevents the formation of kidney stones and gallbladder
The Central Province Health Center recommended eating walnuts to prevent the formation of kidney stones and gallbladder.
According to the center, all parts of the walnut tree are used medically. Walnut kernels contain several acids, small amounts of essential oils, lime oxalate and vitamins A, B, C, D, E.
This plant is a hematopoietic and blood purifier and a cure for lung diseases.
Walnut contains copper and helps absorb iron in the body, and walnut leaf extract has antimicrobial and bactericidal properties.
People should also avoid excessive consumption of walnuts, as it causes tonsillitis and mouth ulcers.
