He added: Launching the packaging industry in order to improve the quality and quality of products and in this way we will achieve the desired goals.

The director of agricultural industries of Bushehr Agricultural Jihad Organization, referring to the province’s date products, said: According to available statistics, there are currently 6 million palms in Bushehr province, which produce 170,000 tons of dates annually.

Behnamurad stated: The palm farmers of the province are always concerned about selling their products, which without a doubt, the development of conversion industries is a step towards solving the problems of this group.

He reminded: Jihad Keshavarzi and the Department of Industry and Mining have a special interest in exporting dates produced by palm growers in the province, and this year we are witnessing a significant increase in the export of this product.

The director of agricultural industries of Bushehr Agricultural Jihad Organization announced the export of 14,000 tons of dates in Bushehr province and added: Since the beginning of this year, more than 14,200 tons of dates from different packing units have been exported to different countries.

Behnamurad said: According to the available statistics, the main dates exported to Russia, Ukraine and Central Asian countries and the countries bordering the Persian Gulf.

He added: Most of the export dates of Bushehr province are of kebab type and we try to improve the export situation of dates in the province day by day.
