According to him, in order to remove export barriers, major problems such as transportation,
transit and banking should be eliminated as the main bottleneck for export prosperity.

Ghazanfari, referring to the many problems of exporters, added:
Manufacturers of export products object to problems such as how to determine insurance premiums, tax laws (collection of duties) and tariffs,
so when payment is made in 200 working days, 360 days are calculated and labor laws are in favor.
It’s not exports. How can we expect the growing path of exports not to be disrupted?

Our country’s export statistics are one in a thousand compared to other countries in the world,
while our country is rich in terms of facilities and potentials, said the Deputy Minister of Commerce.

He raised the question of whether the share of exports will change with the reduction of regulations and timely payment of export bonuses or not?
Serious issues and export barriers need to be addressed realistically, he said.

Ghazanfari said, If the payment of rewards to the exporter does not eliminate the main bottleneck in the export route, more scientific planning should be done in the field of payment to the exporter and not to the exporter.

According to him, the use of export bonuses to quell riots, prevent strikes and resolve crises is by no means realistic.

Ghazanfari called on organizations, ministries and departments involved in exports to solve statistical problems in exports by holding meetings
and seminars.

Statistics show that non-oil commodities are highly dependent on oil,
which is less the case for commodities such as carpets that are directly related to human handicrafts, he said.

He said:
The share of exports of handmade carpets and handicrafts in 1384 is 504.2 million dollars and has grown by seven percent and its share
of total exports has been 6.2 percent.

According to Ghazanfari, according to official statistics, 20.1 million tons of non-oil goods worth $ 8.9 billion were exported this year,
which compared to 1383 has a growth of 22.5% by weight and 31.3% growth in value.
Of this total, $ 555.5 million belongs to exports through border markets.

He added:
According to the quantitative goals of the Fourth Plan and the forecast of the plan, the export of non-oil goods was 8,544 million dollars in 2005,
which is about 14.2% of the quantitative goals achieved.

In the first 11 months of this year, the total value of contracts for the export of technical and engineering services will reach $ 1.5 billion,
Ghazanfari explained.
