The first accelerated event (start-up) of handicrafts and carpets in Iran ended with the presence of Dr. Mehdi Raufi, President of the Comprehensive University of Applied Sciences of Markazi Province, heads of applied science training centers and some officials of the executive organs of the province.
During the 3 days of the event, 60 students of the universities of Markazi province in the form of 8 teams participated in various workshops and training classes to present new ideas and nurture these ideas and competed with each other and finally After presenting the 8 proposed ideas, with the opinion of the judges, the top 3 ideas were selected and introduced.
At the end of the program, in the presence of Majid Shamsi, Director of the Growth Center of Science and Technology Park of Markazi Province, Mehdi Shahri, CEO of Paya Industrial Group, and Salehi, Member of the Faculty of Carpet, Faculty of Art, Arak University, as judges. The event was held, Raika team with the presence of students Leila Darbandi, Fatemeh Tohidnejad and Nahid Nasrollahzadeh with the idea of ​​reusing carpets in various industries of clothing and packaging was introduced as the best team.
Also, Givana team consisting of students Davood Zamani, Mohsen Akhayer, Mehdi Bakhshi, Fatemeh Babaei, Saba Ebrahimi, Alireza Vahid and Sahar Salehi presented the idea of ​​producing new wedges with a new design and Narecheh team consisting of students Mohammad Hossein Akhavan, Mohammad Ashayeri, Yeganeh Sufi, Marzieh Farmahini, Sahar Arasteh, Mohsen Judaki and Fatemeh Karimi presented the idea of ​​producing and designing packaging with traditional Iranian designs, respectively, and obtained the second and third ranks, respectively.
It is worth mentioning that according to the memorandum concluded between the Comprehensive University of Applied Sciences and the Central Province Science and Technology Park, the top 3 teams in presenting ideas will be introduced by the university to complete the production process and establish the Science and Technology Park in Markazi Province.
