Cumin, the seeds of which are used as medicine and seasoning, has many compounds and numerous therapeutic and medicinal effects.

He added: The seeds or fruits of this medicine contain about 3% of essential oil. This seed is mainly used to reduce bloating and indigestion and increase breast milk.
Cumin is used in food as a condiment and spice. But what can be used about cumin from the sources of traditional Iranian medicine is its effect as an effective drug in weight loss or slimming and improves the quality of digestion.
Proper digestion of food can reduce metabolic problems, including obesity.

Zarshenas continued: Also, topical use of cumin oil or essential oil as a painkiller, reducing headaches and reducing joint and muscle pain is used in traditional and traditional consumption.

He added: Synonymous with many traditional therapies, in the modern sciences of pharmacy and medicine, the healing properties of this plant have been evaluated and many of them have been proven.
Cumin has antioxidant and antimicrobial effects in laboratory studies and in animal evaluations, has anticonvulsant, hypoglycemic, blood cholesterol and respiratory enhancing effects.
