INGREDIENTS :
- Broad bean green = 300 grams
- Onion = 1 piece
- Dill or chopped coriander = 3-4 soupspons
- Wheat flour = 2 soupspons
- Salt and pepper = as needed
- Eggs = 2-3 pieces
- Oil = 3-4 soupspons
- Garlic = 3-4 cloves
- Medium raw potato = 1 piece
INSTRUCTION :
Wash the broad bean greens and place them on a towel to dry completely. Then put it in the food processor and chop it with potatoes, garlic and onion.
Pour the ingredients into the bowl. Add salt, black pepper and zucchini and 2 eggs and stir. Add another egg if needed.
Pour oil into a medium saucepan and heat over medium heat. Pour the ingredients into the oil. Lower the flame. Put it in the pan until it is cooked and golden.
Then turn it over so that the other side of the kuku is also golden.
