Gilan pomegranate omelette recipe in Iran

- Pomegranate (large and sour) = 3 pieces
- Onion = 2 pieces
- Garlic = 4 cloves

- Oil = the amount needed
INSTRUCTION :
First, grate the garlic and onion and mix with a little salt and add the garlic powder to them. Pour some oil in the pan and fry the garlic and onion thoroughly until golden.
Wash and grate the pomegranate and add some salt to it, add it to the onion and garlic and fry a little, and if the oil is low, add some oil to it. Break the eggs in a bowl and mix for 1 minute with a fork. Then add spices and saffron.
Pour some oil in a flat pan and let it heat up completely, then pour the beaten egg into it and turn it quickly to cover the entire surface of the pan.
When the egg is cooked, pour the pomegranate paste into it and fold the egg on one side and then garnish it with pomegranate, raspberry and pomegranate sauce.
Roast the pomegranate yeast a little to soften the pomegranates, then pour the eggs into the pan and stir gently to catch them. To serve, you can decorate the omelette with a little fried pomegranate yeast after serving.
