INGREDIENTS :

  • Noodle string = as desired
  • Peas = 2.3 cups
  • Red beans or pinto beans = 2.3 cups
  • Mung bean = 1/4 cup
  • Stewed vegetables or soup = half a g

  • Mutton or pen = as much as desired
  • Pumpkin = 1 pcs
  • Pickled plums or pickled pomegranate = as desired

INSTRUCTION :

First, soak the peas and beans and then cook them separately.

Cook the mutton or lamb separately.

Melt four-fifths (4.5) of the pot and boil it, then pour the eaten vegetables into it.

After cooking the vegetables, add peas, beans, mung bean, plum pickles and in the absence of pickles, pomegranate, squash and red pepper to the ingredients.

By adding ingredients water falls from the boil. When the water boils again, add the noodles.

Prepare the hot garlic separately and add it to the soup.

Fry some tomato paste and add black pepper to it and then pour it into the soup. The amount of tomato paste should be enough to change the color of the soup.
