Gomj Kebab Gilan recipe in Iran

INGREDIENTS :
- Stewed meat (without fat) = 200 grams
- Walnut = 50 grams
- Vegetables (including leeks, parsley and chopped coriander) = 1 cup
- Onion (sliced) = 1/2 cup
- Tomato paste = 2 tablespoons
- Pomegranate paste (sour) = 2 tablespoons
- Water = 1/2 cup
- Pomegranate juice (sour) = 2 soupspons
INSTRUCTION :
First, in a suitable pot, fry the minced meat with a small amount of oil and add the chopped walnuts and chopped vegetables to the meat along with onion, pomegranate paste, tomato paste and pomegranate juice.
Finally add water to the mixture and put on a gentle heat. After two hours, the food is ready.

1) This food is one of the traditional foods of Gilan province in Iran, which is cooked in Gamj (a clay pot for Gilan province in Iran).
2) This food does not need much oil.
3) To this food, some levigated sour pomegranate is added to the traditional recipe.
