Grapes reduce bad cholesterol in the blood
Grapes are rich in water-soluble fiber. In fact, every 100 grams of grapes contains 1 gram of fiber.
All dietary fiber fights bad cholesterol. Grapes also contain antioxidant polyphenols that reduce cholesterol absorption.
The results of a Spanish study published in 2008 show that daily consumption of grapes can be enough to reduce bad cholesterol.
Water-soluble fibers are found especially in thin skin and grape seeds. But note that some people have difficulty digesting grapes.
It is better to eat this fruit once a day. Do not overeat.
