Banafsheh Khajeh Salehani on the sidelines of the opening ceremony of the Iranian carpet exhibition, which was held in the presence of city officials on the occasion of the Fajr decade in Nowshahr, referring to the importance and position of Iranian carpets in the world, said: quality, diverse and beautiful designs and carpet Iranian hand-woven is known in the country and abroad, and this very valuable Iranian art is very popular compared to machine-made carpets, and even after oil, it has the most currency in the field of non-oil exports.
Khajeh Salehani added: Unemployment is one of the concerns. The director of Iran Carpet House stated: All the works in this exhibition are all the work of native students of Nowshahr region, and the works of these students are among the best works of art in the field of hand-woven carpets, kilims and jajims in Mazandaran province.
He pointed out: Due to the very high capacities and artistic talents in the field of hand-woven carpets and other textiles, we need a workshop and educational space so that we can educate more students.
