The director of agricultural jihad in Rashtkhar city said: the harvest of 13,000 tons of edible onions from the farms of Rashtkhar city has been completed.
Engineer Mohammad Ahmadi stated: More than 450 hectares of lands in Rashtkhar city are dedicated to onion cultivation and most of the onion production is done in the villages of Fatehabad and Ishratabad.
He said that this year, Piyazkar has been announced as a provincial sample from Fatehabad village of Rashtkhar. In order to serve the onion farmers of this city, this administration has distributed fertilizer institutions and visited the crop care and pest control network.
