He pointed out that cumin is currently cultivated and produced in two cities of Abhar and Soltanieh, adding: in the coming years, cumin is to be cultivated in all cities of the province, especially in Mahneshan city, in the framework of a 500-hectare development plan for cultivating medicinal plants.
Ojaqloo pointed out: This year, 160 hectares of lands in Abhar city and 92 hectares of lands in Soltanieh city were allocated for under-green cultivation, and this year a total of about 65 tons of high quality crops were harvested in these two cities.
