He said that not all products have been purchased from producers this year, adding: Although we read in the press that the Ministry of Jihad for Agriculture has provided 150 billion per year to buy pistachios from producers to exporters, but no exporting buyer has yet announced that the buyer Pistachios are producers and the officials of Jihad Keshavarzi do not give us a proper answer in this regard.

He said that small producers of pistachios could not keep pistachios produced in their gardens due to the high need for the price of their products, adding: These producers are forced to sell their produce in early October because there is no money, no warehouse and no facilities for They maintain their product.

Mazhari added: ‌ Investors who do not need the price of their pistachios, keep their product and sell it by increasing prices, and in the end, they will get a lot of profit.

Mazhari added: Some buyers are waiting for gardeners to be forced to sell their product and turn to them to buy their product any way and at any price they want, while the producers do not beg anyone.

Mazhari, stating that climatic conditions have reduced the production and quality of pistachio producers, added: However, Iranian pistachio production is not competitive anywhere in the world and has a superior position in the world, while this year due to reduced rainfall, the amount of aflatoxin in pistachios Has also decreased.
