INGREDIENTS :

  • Chicken breast = 1 pcs
  • Hot onion = 3 to 4 tablespoons
  • Grated onion = 1 large pcs
  • Apricot leaf = 1 measure
  • Eggs = 1 pcs
  • Fried raisins = half a cup
  • Chopped walnuts = half a cup
  • Chopped parsley = 4 to 5 tablespoons
  • Tomato paste = 2 tbsp
  • Olive oil = 2 tablespoons
  • Salt, turmeric and pepper = as needed

INSTRUCTION :

Chop the chicken breast and mix well with the onion and parsley.
Then add egg, salt, pepper and turmeric and knead thoroughly.
Pour 3 glasses of water into a saucepan and bring to a boil over medium heat.
Then take a mixture of the size of a walnut and open it in the middle and put some raisins, walnuts and hot onions in it and then close the balls and put them in boiling water.
After the Kofta is cooked, add some tomato paste, olive oil, salt, pepper and turmeric to the water, and finally, add the hot onion and apricot leaves.
