Mechanized rice harvest in more than 82% of Mazandaran paddy fields

The head of Mazandaran Agricultural Jihad Organization announced the mechanized harvesting of rice in more than 82% of the province’s paddy fields.

Delavar Haidarpour informed about rice harvest in more than 210 thousand hectares of paddy fields of the province and stated: out of this amount, 160 thousand and 338 hectares have been allocated to local cultivars and 49 thousand and 818 hectares have been allocated to high-yield cultivars.

He pointed out that 82% of the paddy fields in Mazandaran were mechanized and harvested by rice harvesters or harvesters. He added: Raton farming in Mazandaran this year was done at 58,872 hectares and replanting was done at 22,155 hectares. So far, more than 50 hectares have been harvested from ratoon farms and 20 hectares from rice replanting farms.

The head of Mazandaran Agricultural Jihad Organization reminded: the average wholesale price of local Tarom is between 57 to 58 thousand Rials, Tarom Hashemi 57 thousand and 500 to 59 thousand Rials, rich Caspian varieties 42 to 44 thousand Rials, Fajr 39 to 42 thousand Rials, Shiroodi 35 Up to 37 thousand Rials, Neda and Nemat are 30 thousand to 33 thousand Rials.

Haidarpour continued: So far, more than 812 thousand and 694 kg of rice of Shiroodi cultivar, 593 thousand and 868 kg of Tarom Hashemi, 6 million and 110 thousand and 949 kg of local Tarom, 1 thousand and 910 kg of Fajr and 485 kg of Neda and Nemat and in total More than 7 million 519 thousand 906 kg have been purchased by the province’s paddy farmers from the province’s paddy farmers as an agreed purchase.
