Mint tea prevents the growth of excess hair

Women can drink mint tea to get rid of excess hair, according to a new study.

According to scientists; Excess hair growth in women is due to the activity of sex hormones that cause secondary sexual characteristics of men in them.

Researchers at Suleyman Demirel University in Turkey believe that drinking mint tea minimizes the growth of excess hair.

“The most common treatments for excess hair revolve around androgens, while mint tea is a natural way to do it,” says researcher Numan Tamer, a researcher.

This group of researchers, while studying the effects of mint on hair loss, also concluded that this plant reduces sexual desire in men.
