More than $ 374000 worth of handicrafts were exported from Ilam to Iraq

The director of Ilam handicrafts announced the export of $ 374,289 of the province’s handicraft products to Iraq during the first eight months of this year.
Masoud Eskandari said: These goods include all kinds of glassware, pottery and decorative goods in the amount of 189,767 kg, which were exported to Iraq through the international border of Mehran.
He added: During the first 10 months of this year, 2,500 identification cards of craftsmen have been issued in 39 fields of handicrafts, and 25 workshop production licenses in 10 fields of this industry have been issued to applicants and artists in the province.
Eskandari reminded the launch of the province’s handicrafts website to introduce this industry as much as possible with a credit of 30 million rials and said: In this site, clients can go through the process of doing things and how to obtain handicraft licenses, handicraft stores, manufacturers. And get acquainted with handicraft exhibition programs in the province.
