Neishabour is one of the major centers of the pottery industry

Ali Mokhtari, head of the Neishabour Municipality Cultural and Sports Organization in Mashhad, added: Neishabour pottery, which now adorns more than 30 famous museums and galleries inside and outside the country, valuable examples of pottery, has inscriptions in decorative Kufic script and design. There are dark brown colors on the white background of Yashiri with clear glaze, which is known as Neishabour Pottery.
Regarding the establishment of a free pottery workshop with the presence of Iranian pottery masters at Khayyam’s tomb, he said: Workshops were present.
It is worth mentioning that the art of pottery of Neishabour, in addition to the variety of construction techniques, has new variations of designing designs and calligraphy on it, which shows the power and mastery of the artists of this art.
