Razavi, the head of the Jihad Agricultural Organization of Khosf city, said: It is predicted that about 400 tons of grapes will be harvested from the orchards of this city this year.

He added: the area under grape cultivation in this city is about 300 hectares.

Razavi, noting that about 290 hectares of this area under grape cultivation is fertile, said: About 10 hectares of this amount is also infertile.

The head of the Jihad Agricultural Organization of Khosf stated: 382 families of this city are exploited in grape cultivation.

He stated: This year, the gross income from grape harvest in Khosf will be about 12 billion rials.

Grape harvest in South Khorasan continues until October 6, due to the difference in weather conditions in tropical and cold regions.
