Prediction of harvesting 70 tons of peanuts in Talesh

The director of Talesh Agricultural Jihad announced the harvest of 70 tons of peanuts in this city.

He added: Due to the lack of peanut orchards, the production of this product is not very high.

Although there is support for increasing peanut production, the conversion of paddy fields into peanut orchards is prohibited and should not be done, he said.

Commercial announced: 125 farmers of Kashli village of Karganrood district of Talesh city are engaged in harvesting peanut crop on 35 hectares of almond cultivated lands.

He predicted that about 70 tons of peanuts would be harvested.
