Production forecast of 220 tons of Echium amoenum in Rudsar
The head of Rudsar governorate said: it is predicted that 220 tons of Echium amoenum will be produced in this city, which is the capital of the Iranian-speaking cow.
Ali Varasteh Behdani, on the sidelines of the visit to the beginning of the new harvest of Echium amoenum, said: Rudsar city with 470 hectares of land for cultivation and production of 220 tons of Echium amoenum has been introduced and proposed as the capital of Echium amoenum in Iran.
He added: There are 1,240 hectares of cultivated land in the country and 650 hectares in the province, which shows that this city has its place among other provinces in gaining the first rank in the country.
The warm weather caused the Echium amoenum harvest to start earlier
The high representative of the government in Rudsar city noted: Every year, the Echium amoenum harvest begins in the first half of April and continues until the end of July, but this year this process started 10 days earlier due to the warmer weather.
Varasteh pointed out: Echium amoenum is a sensitive plant whose climate and location are influential in its growth and has been harvested based on the same time and place in the lowland villages in Eshkorat and lower Eshkoor until late July. to be continued.
The head of Rudsar city governorate emphasized on holding various festivals focusing on the city’s talents, especially Echium amoenum, adding: Farmers and people in different rural areas in this city make a living and it may take hours to get each kilo of these products. Therefore, introducing these products and commercializing them is the responsibility of the authorities, which can be done in the discussion of capacity building with a great effort and diligent effort.
He continued: processing and packaging of this type of products, which was initially registered in the name of Rudsar city, should be commercialized and left the city despite the investors in the same city.
