The technologists of Isfahan Scientific and Research Town succeeded in producing useful products from sesame fiber.
A cooperation agreement and participation in the production of useful products from sesame fiber was signed between two companies located in the scientific and research town of Isfahan.
Establishment of a cooperation group with the aim of participating in the production of sesame fiber and useful products produced from sesame fiber is one of the most important issues of cooperation between the two companies in this memorandum.
Sesame fiber, which is extracted from oiled hygienic sesame seeds, is a useful, natural and high value-added product, and due to its unique nutritional properties and good quality, it increases the health and quality of food.
In addition to their beneficial effects on health, fiber is widely used in the food industry due to its functional properties such as water absorption, oil absorption and increased viscosity.
These products are used as fat substitutes in meat products, bread fortifiers and baking products, and to control crystallization in ice cream and dairy products. Dairy products enriched with sesame fiber, meat products enriched with sesame fiber, bakery products and chocolate with sesame fiber are among the useful products produced from sesame fiber.
According to the public relations of Isfahan Scientific and Research Town, this town has been able to create and operate growth centers and affiliated science and technology parks by creating a role in the environment of innovation and entrepreneurship and creating the necessary infrastructure for the growth and development of more than 500 companies.
