Properties of caviar in the treatment of depression
Preliminary research suggests that people with depressive disorder, bipolar disorder and other mental health problems can benefit from diets rich in omega-3 fatty acids – which are found in abundance in caviar.

In one study, people with bipolar disorder – formerly known as manic depression – were much less likely to experience depression in areas where fish and fish products are part of their diets. Omega-3s are not a substitute for other antidepressants. But there is growing evidence that it may play a role in the properties of caviar in depression and treatment. And there is no problem eating an omega 3 rich diet. Caviar can relieve the symptoms of depression.
