  • Pumpkin = 500 g
  • Butter = as needed
  • Turmeric = 1 teaspoon
  • Lentils = 100 grams
  • Onion (fried) = 3 tablespoons
  • Water = 4 glasses
  • Yogurt Abstract = 500 grams
  • Salt = as needed
  • Pepper = as needed

INSTRUCTION :

First, cut the pumpkin in half and clean the inside with a spoon and peel it. Then chop it into squares and fry in a little butter.

Add the washed turmeric and lentils to the squash and cook with 2 tablespoons of hot onion and 4 glasses of water.

When your ingredients are completely cooked, beat them with a meat grinder or mix in a blender and serve with the remaining yogurt and hot onion. Measure the salt and pepper in the food.

Other points
It is better to use saffron instead of turmeric.
If you do not like hot onions, remove it.
It will be tastier if you beat Borani with yogurt.
If your squash is not sweet enough, add a little sugar.
