Qazvin sweet kuku recipe in Iran

INGREDIENTS :
- Medium potato = 5 pcs
- Eggs = 4 pcs
- Sugar = 1 cup
- Water and rose water = 1 cup
- Saffron = as needed
- Liquid oil and salt = as needed
INSTRUCTION :
Cook the potatoes and grind or finely grate them while they are still hot.
In another bowl, beat the eggs, add two tablespoons of sugar, add the oil and salt along with the potatoes and mix together.
Pour the oil into the pan and when it is a little hot, pour the cocoa mass into it, when it has set, turn it over so that the other side of it is also fried and golden.
Mix the sugar, water, rose and saffron together and put it in another bowl on the heat. When it boils a few times, pour it over the prepared cocoons and let it cook on low heat, then serve it.
