Recipe for Abadani samosa in Iran
This delicious food is originally one of the Indian food that has become famous in Iran through the people of Abadan. The raw materials of samosa include potatoes, parsley and leeks, which are mixed together with special spices and wrapped in a sheath of bread and fried. Samosa is another simple and delicious food of this region, which is a combination of bread, potatoes, vegetables and spices.
INGREDIENTS :
- Minced meat = 0.5 kg
- Coarse onion = 1 pcs
- Coarse bell pepper = 2 pcs
- Potatoes = 0.5 kg
- Oil = enough
- Sweet vegetables (leeks, parsley, dill, savory, tarragon, mint and onion or green garlic) = 1 kg
- Salt and black pepper = as needed
- Lavash bread = 20 pcs
- Flour = 3 tablespoons
INSTRUCTION :
Grind bell peppers and onions and fry with meat.
Finely chop the potatoes and vegetables and add to the meat and bell peppers.
Add salt, spices and pepper and cook on very low heat with its own steam and the ingredients are completely absorbed.
Cut the lavash bread into squares or triangles and fold it in half.
To prevent the lavash from opening, dissolve three tablespoons of flour with a little water, so that it hardens like yogurt, and stick the place where the bread closes with it.
Fry lavash in hot oil.
