This Chuvash Tareh stew is a delicious food of Gilani. Chowash or wild spinach is also one of the native vegetables in Gilan province. Instead of Chowash vegetables, spinach can also be used.

ingredients :

  • Chowash (wild spinach) = 1 kg
  • Garlic greens = 1 plant
  • verjuice= 1/2 cup
  • Eggs = 1 piece
  • Oil = the amount needed
  • Salt and pepper and turmeric = the amount needed
  • Water = 2 glasses

Instruction :

First, wash the vegetables and pour them into the pot and pour 2 glasses of water and cook over a gentle heat.

When we cook the vegetables, we drain them, let them cool down, and press them well by hand, so that the excess water is taken. Then we mix the vegetables well. We can also mash them with a meat grinder.

Peel a squash, grate it and crush it well. Add a little salt, turmeric and oil and fry. Then add the eggs to the garlic and fry.

Now mix the vegetables and fried garlic together and reduce the heat and fry for 2 to 3 minutes. Then add broth, salt and pepper.

And simmer for 5 to 10 minutes and stir well, but it does not settle. Our food is ready. This food is dry and without water.
