INGREDIENTS :

  • Rice = 6 cups
  • Chicken = 1 pcs
  • Raisins = 2 cups
  • Melted saffron = 3 soupspons
  • Celery (optional) = the amount needed
  • Orange paste = 3 soupspons
  • Onion (fried) = 1/4 cup
  • Oil (animal) = 1/2 cup
  • Salt and pepper = the amount needed

INSTRUCTION :

First, wash the chicken and peel it, divide the chicken into six or eight pieces and season with salt, pepper and spices. Then fry the flavored chicken with some oil over a gentle heat.

Finally, mix the orange paste with half a cup of water and pour it over the fried chicken with the onion and let it cook completely.

If you like, you can fry some celery separately and mix it with the ingredients. Rinse the rice in a suitable container and rinse and brew.

Wash and fry the raisins, then brew some rice, mix the raisins, saffron and hot animal oil together.

In a serving dish, first take a simple pilaf, place the chicken pieces on it and put the raisin and rice mixture on it and serve.
