- Onions = 3 pieces
- sour grapes = 1 cups
- Meat (stewed and without fat) = 200 grams
- Oil = as needed
- Salt and pepper = as needed
INSTRUCTION :
First,In a suitable pan, pour some oil and garnish the onions and fry in it.
Then add some salt, pepper and turmeric and add sour grapes and turn off the flame.
Boil the meat with the desired additives such as bay leaf, onion, garlic, etc. and let the water drain a little (you can also cook this stew with chicken). Then add the meat to the gourd and fry a little on heat. To taste.

Note that this stew should not be too sour grapes.
If you add a little better powder to your food, it will be more delicious.
This food does not have paste, but if you want to have a better color, add some saffron or a little fried pomegranate or tomato paste to it.
