Recipe for Gilan Qategh sweet stew in Iran

INGREDIENTS :
- Bukhara plum = 1 cup
- Medium onion = 4 pieces
- Chicken breast = 1/2 piece
- Plums (black and stewed) = 6 pieces
- Raisins = 1 cup
- Gheysi = 1 measure
INSTRUCTION :
First, chop the onions finely in a suitable bowl and fry in some golden red oil, then add salt, pepper and turmeric and mix, and then lower the flame until the aroma of spices reaches the nose.
Boil Bukhara plums and black plums for 10 minutes with a small amount of water and add the ghee to the plums in the last five minutes and cook until the ghee is not crushed.
Then we separate them from the water and keep their water. Soak the raisins in water for five minutes and then fry them with a little butter until the raisins are puffy.
Mix all ingredients with onion and fry.
First, fry the chicken breast with a little oil, then boil it with the desired ingredients, and then fry it with the ingredients in the last step. At the last minute of frying, add the plum juice and cooked ghee to the ingredients
Other points
1) You can cook this stew without chicken. Of course, there is no meat in the main recipe of this stew!
2) It is better to soak the plums in water from the night before to make their water more delicious. This way, they only need to be boiled for a few seconds, not cooked.
3) If you like, use sliced meat instead of chicken.
