INGREDIENTS :
- Potatoes = 2 pcs
- Zucchini = 5 pcs
- Tomatoes = 5 pcs
- Onion (large) = 1 pcs
- Eggs = 3 pcs
- Oil = the amount needed
- Salt and pepper and turmeric = the amount needed
INSTRUCTION :
In a suitable bowl, first chop the onion finely and fry it in a pan with high heat and a little oil for two minutes, add salt and turmeric, and chop the potatoes that are finely chopped and pour in it and fry the ingredients a little.
Reduce the flame, which has been relatively high until now, and close the pan and let the ingredients cook on the heat for five to seven minutes.
Fry the sliced squash in a separate bowl and add it to the ingredients and fry it for a few minutes, then pour the chopped tomatoes and eggs on it and reduce the flame again so that the ingredients cook in the package for 10 minutes. Finally, sprinkle black pepper on the food and serve.
