  • Butter = 1/4 cup

INSTRUCTION :

First, fry the flour in a pan over a low flame to get the color you want

In another bowl, mix red sugar or red sugar with water, and because red sugar is hard and solid, it takes longer to dissolve with water, so the amount of water in the recipe is more than sugar.
