INGREDIENTS :
- Mutton = 200 g
- Peeled artichokes = 200 g
- Onion = 1 pcs
- Hot onion = 3 tbsp
- Tomato paste = 2 tablespoons
- Turmeric, stew and cinnamon = as needed
- Orange juice or verjuice = as needed
- Sweet plum stew = 5 pcs
- Salt, pepper and sesame oil = as needed
INSTRUCTION :
First, chop the onion and fry it with the meat until the meat juices are drawn, then add the spices and pepper and stir a little until the tomato paste is roasted, and then add a liter of boiling water and close the pre-cooked lid to cook the meat for half an hour.
Pour the artichoke in a bowl and let it simmer on low heat for a while. After it changes color, pour a little oil and fry a little.
Open the lid of the pressure cooker, add the artichokes, separate the plums from the kernels, crush and add. Close the lid and cook in the pressure cooker for 10 minutes.
Finally, pour the stew in a saucepan, add salt, orange juice and hot golden onion and let it close with the lid closed for 10 minutes on low heat.
