Recipe for til Qatgh stew in Mazandaran in Iran

INGREDIENTS :
- Levigated walnuts = 200 g
- Tomato = 4 pics
- Large onion = 1 pics
- Fried garlic = 1 tablespoon of jam
- Pomegranate paste = 1 tablespoon
- Eggplant = 5 pics
- Turmeric = half a teaspoon
- Black pepper = half a teaspoon
- Salt = to the extent necessary
- Water = 5 cups
INSTRUCTION :
Peel a squash, grate it and fry it in a little oil.
Grate the onion and add it to the tomato.
Add walnuts and lentils to the ingredients and fry for five minutes, pour water into the ingredients.
Add salt, pepper and turmeric and it takes an hour and a half for the stew to set. (If you wish, you can add fried garlic to the stew.)
Cut the eggplant in half and fry it and add it to the stew.
Note: It is better to prepare this stew in a top pot. til means flower and qatq means stew. The name of this food is because of its color.
