INGREDIENTS :

  • Meat = 1 kg
  • Yogurt = 1 kg
  • Eggs = 1 pcs
  • Flour = 2 soupspons
  • Onion = 2 pcs
  • Garlic = 4 cloves
  • Salt, pepper and turmeric = as needed
  • Oil = as needed
  • Vegetables (including leeks, parsley, coriander, fenugreek, dill, spinach and mint) = 1 kg

INSTRUCTION :

Baking time 120 minutes
First, fry the meat and onion in a suitable bowl until the onion is light and the onion is half-fried. Add some water to the meat until it is half-cooked, then remove it from the heat to cool.
Finely chop half of the coriander, mint and garlic and fry in oil and pour into the chilled meat.
Mix yogurt, eggs, salt, pepper, turmeric and flour and add to the meat ingredients, then put back on the heat until it boils, stirring constantly.
Chop the remaining vegetables and add to it until it fits. Serve this dish with rice with onions, fresh garlic and vegetables.
