INGREDIENTS :

INSTRUCTION :

Peel a squash, grate it and squeeze the juice. Add a pinch of water and salt for an hour or two to remove the bitterness and use less oil.
Wash the vegetables at this distance and chop them after drying.
Dry the eggplants after removing them from the water and fry them in hot oil. Then add the chopped vegetables to the eggplants and fry a little.
Finely chop the tomatoes, garlic and onion and add to the fried ingredients and stir until all the ingredients are fried together.
Add salt, pepper, turmeric and cinnamon along with the broth into the stew and close the pan to cook slowly and melt in the oil.
Finally, break the eggs on the stew and wait for the eggs to close. Pour some salt on the eggs and then serve the prepared food.
