Recipe of traditional Abgoosht okra of Ilam in Iran

- Mutton = 400 grams
- Chopped onion = 2 pcs medium
- Okra = 400 grams
- Grated tomatoes = 3 pcs
- Salt / pepper / spices / turmeric = as needed
- Tomato paste = 2 tablespoons
INSTRUCTION :
Roast the meat and onion together, then add a little turmeric to cook a little.
