Reduce the risk of diabetes with peanuts
Nutrition expert of North Khorasan University of Medical Sciences said: the risk of diabetes is reduced by eating peanuts.
Nasrin Alizadeh, noting that peanuts are a good source of energy, said: 100 grams of peanuts have 50 grams of fat and 16 grams of carbohydrates, and among all nuts, peanuts have the highest amount of protein.
He added: Peanut fats are a type of fat that is good for the body, ie unsaturated fats, and in general, consuming peanuts is beneficial for the general health of the body, especially the brain.
Alizadeh continued by stating that consuming peanuts prevents blood clots and stroke: This product dilates the body’s arteries and facilitates blood flow.
If you have a food allergy, do not overeat peanuts. Also, if you have a family history of underactive or overactive thyroid, you should be careful about eating peanuts because they irritate the thyroid gland.
