Salt and sesame oil replace solid and liquid oils
The representative of the people of Ardakan in the Islamic Consultative Assembly, emphasizing on identifying the obstacles facing the Ardeh-making industry in this city, said: Ardeh and sesame oil should replace solid and liquid oils.
Mohammad Reza Tabesh in a meeting with the presence of the CEO of Yazd Industrial Towns and the Governor of Ardakan, appreciating the diligent follow-up of the CEO of the Industrial Towns Company and their colleagues and the deep, specialized and executive view of the issues, said: It is necessary to assume some governmental responsibilities, and to remove legal obstacles, especially in the current situation of the so-called “national production, protection of Iranian labor and capital” and promised assistance.
He also demanded the removal of obstacles and problems in Ardakan industrial town, including water supply, which requires the follow-up and action of the esteemed governor and promised to be favorable in this regard.
Due to the antiquity of halva making in Ardakan and the production of sesame oil imported in this city, Tabesh requested that the obstacles facing this industry be identified, so that they can be removed in meetings held with provincial and national officials.
The representative of Ardakan people, considering the positive effects of sesame and sesame oil on human health, mentioned the promotion of the culture of using this oil as an important task and asked all relevant institutions and agencies to provide the necessary facilities for investment and standardization of products and Replacing it with solid and liquid oils that have less properties will fulfill its mission and duty.
He said that the pursuit of this issue through the relevant ministries and operating banks is subject to the preparation of a comprehensive plan that examines all specialized and technical aspects of the matter and identifies demands and needs.
It was decided that this plan will be prepared with the focus on the governorate and will be submitted to the representative in the near future for further follow-up.
