Shiraz flour and oil halva recipe in Iran

INGREDIENTS :
- Thyme = 100 grams
- Turmeric = 2 tablespoons
- Black pepper = 10 grams
- Cardamom = 10 grams
- Cinnamon = 100 grams
- Ginger = 50 grams
- Cloves = 10 grams
- Orange spring = 50 grams
- Water = 2 cups
- Sesame = as needed
- Walnut = as needed
- Oil = 5 tablespoons
- Starch = 2 tablespoons
- Sugar or candy = 200 grams
INSTRUCTION :
All plants must be ground.
Pour the oil into a suitable saucepan to heat.
Fry the ground starch in oil.
Add all the ground herbs to the starch and fry, then add the water little by little.
And pour the candy into the jar to melt or you can dissolve the candy in water before pouring the water in the pot and then add it to other ingredients.
With a medium flame, continue stirring until the medicine collects water and pours oil.
Then pour in the desired dish and garnish with sesame and walnuts and serve.
